In the background of indie publishing, a quiet revolution is taking place. Draft2Digital merged with Smashwords (or vice versa) and most authors are safely moved over. I’m not for technical reasons I don’t understand, but I have created the most important benefits to readers… universal book links.
These links from Books2Read.com enable you to click through to the title on your bookstore of choice (provided your choice is listed). It even takes you through to your local Amazon store if you choose the Amazon link: my own Amazon link clicks me through to the amazon.co.uk. If your store isn’t listed (and my books are) send me a link to my book in the comments, and I’ll add it.
And… you can use the Universal Book link to try different stores, and set your favourite if you wish.
Just use the short links:

The audiobooks for Princelings of the East and Pirates are also included in the Books2Read link. What about Lost City?
Chris Preece no longer does audio books, so I need to start from scratch with a new narrator. I’ve been putting this off, I admit. I’m thinking of auditioning for a new person to do both Lost City and Traveler. Although…
It would be interesting to have Lost City narrated by a female voice, since there are a lot of women in it! There’s also singing. There’s also the question of George’s problem relearning to speak, which is not the same problem as a stammer, and it may be a problem finding someone who can deliver that in the proper manner.
And as Traveler is narrated in the book by Marius, it lends itself to having an American accent as the default. Humphrey Bogart is not available, unfortunately. The narrator also needs to be able to do Prince Lupin and the rest of the folk in the Realms credibly. I know someone who would have done it perfectly, but alas he is also no longer with us. Fingers crossed I can find someone who fits the brief well.
