Free Princelings – Summer/Winter Promotion on Smashwords

Each July Smashwords does a sitewide promotion to celebrate lying under a tree reading (for summer people), and curling up by the fire reading (for winter people).  It’s a Summer/Winter promotion!

The Princelings of the East is already free on Smashwords, but this month the rest of the trilogy is free too.  You can get them by ‘buying’ them and then adding the coupon code shown on the book page to your order.  It should be SW100, but check when you look at the pages:

Just to encourage you further to fill your eReader for the summer (or winter) you can get books 4 and 5 The Traveler in Black and White and The Talent Seekers half price with their coupons.

Click the book titles to go to their purchasing pages on Smashwords.  You can download it after you’ve bought it – for any type of eReader.

If you enjoy it, please leave a review on Smashwords – every little helps 🙂

Progress Report

It’s been a quiet month on here, but it’s been a very busy one for me.  I’m getting ready for the launch of Bravo Victor, the A to Z Challenge, and some other events later on.

I’m pleased to tell you that my editor has returned the manuscript of Bravo Victor – covered in red lines and blue suggestions, but then, that’s what she’s good at!  Also I’ve had the first rough draft ideas from my cover designer, Danielle English, who is starting to get work from other authors, which is very nice!  We’re planning to reveal the cover to the world on April 2nd, so watch this space.

The other books are not being neglected.  The trilogy is being featured over three months from the beginning of April on Mother Daughter Book Reviews.  They are also prizes in a blog hop “Leap into Books” running Feb 28th to March 7th on jemimapett.com.  There will also be a giveaway during April on the blog.

Princelings of the East on Mother Daughter Book Reviews

MDSBR_Logo-187-x-206I am delighted that Renee at Mother Daughter Book Reviews has accepted The Princelings of the East into her review list and is featuring it on her website as a Recommended Book.  It will also be listed with a badge on the website in the sidebar until June 6th.

If you don’t already follow MDBookReviews, I suggest you do.  They review Children’s Picture Books through to Middle Grade books, with honest reviews from Mother, Daughter and Son.  There are also book giveaways  and all sorts of other promotional activity.  They host the Kid Lit Blog Hop, which you know I support (or they support me, as I think that’s more the point).  They are also masterminding the Kid Lit Giveaway Hop for Children’s Book Week.

Please pop over and support them, and if you see a Google+ link, tweet, pin or FB message about Princelings by MDBookReviews, please copy, tweet, pin or share it!Princelings of the East - Ad - Draft 1

And of course you can get Princelings of the East from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, the iBookstore, and Smashwords among others!
